| During the 80's, lead singer Ace Bandage and his band, Hellevator, ruled the music world. When their popularity begins to slip, Bandage decides to embark upon a solo career. On the night he launches his first solo tour, ex-girlfriend (The Queen of SalSoul) shows up, and after she is hassled at the door by a greedy Promoter, she decides to convince Ace that he's "not as big as he thinks he is". Ace falls right into her trap and decides that he will not go onstage until he has taught the Promoter a lesson. The Promoter, Ace's manager (the Beautiful but evil Quinella Barnes), and even Ace's own band mates try to change his mind; but it is Hoover The World's Greatest Roadie, a big bag of pills and in the end, a Catering girl turned Fairy Princess who teach Bandage that he's "just a punk who can sing" |
